Let’s look at all the document and personal information being collected: Click the File tab and ensure Info is selected. Hope this will solve your be careful Excel warning issue. Note: Previously you could display the Document Panel from Advanced Properties directly at the top of your document and fill in the property tags there. In the Trust Center go to the Privacy Options and click Remove personal information from file properties on save. In the options, go to the Trust Center and open the Trust Center settings:

On the Document Inspector window, click on Inspect. At this point you would want to have a back-up file, so once you are prompted to save, click on Yes. The dialog pop-up is actually not an "Error", rather it is informational, which is less severe than an error. Once you know the details of the findings from the Inspector, you can then go back to the File > Check for Issues > Inspect Document and remove them. If you are sharing a workbook and don't want the recipient to know who wrote the original document, such privacy options come very handy. There is always a balance between ease of use and privacy. It is definitely annoying, but also this feature is necessary to prevent unintended personal information leakage. When you try to save a workbook, suddenly a pop-up appears saying ' Be careful! Parts of your document may include personal information that can't be removed by the Document Inspector.' (this is the same that others have reported) It is the same on old documents that I know (100 sure) were previously. If you are using Excel 2013, I'm sure you must have encountered be careful Excel warning. For some reason, the document inspector in Word 2010 is only partially completing: custom xml data headers footers etc, invisible content and Hidden text all show the message This inspection did not complete successfully.
